This Privacy Policy explains how Where is the picture? (whereisthepicture.com) handles your data.

- Uploaded images: Processed in memory to extract GPS metadata and/or perform AI analysis. Images are not saved to our servers.
- Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, interactions). No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Payment data: Payments are handled entirely by Payhip. We receive only a transaction confirmation and, optionally, your email address for purchase records. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
- Credits: AI analysis credits are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store them on our servers.

- To provide the photo geolocation service.
